In the chapel of the Holy Sepulchre there is a "burial of Christ" that includes four women. From left to righ: Mary, the mother of Jesues, an unknown woman holding the crown of thorns, a particular "honor of place," a woman traditionally thought to be the mother of James and John, and finally, Mary Magdalene positioned at the feet with her hair unbound and her alabaster jar. So, who is the woman standing in the traditional place of the wife of Jesus?
